This marks a significant development: more than 80 million square feet of industrial space is now available for lease in LA County—the most tenant-friendly landscape seen in over a decade.

Tenants remain highly active, leasing over 10 million square feet in Q2 alone (excluding renewals)—only the fourth time this milestone has been surpassed since 2021.
